After long months of uncertainties and closures, the start of the 2021 school year promises to be more ambitious than ever for restaurateurs.

Between new tables and reopening, Laurent Mariotte and his columnists share their favorite tables in the show "La Table des bons vivant".

For over a year and a half, the world of gastronomy has slowed down.

No wonder then that the return to school and the lifting of health restrictions are arousing the appetites of the greatest chefs.

Between new addresses and the famous transfer window for chefs, Laurent Mariotte and his columnists give us their good addresses to test all over France on the program

Mocoloco

"The Mocoloco restaurant is changing its concept", explains Charlotte Langrand.

"This is the second restaurant of Moko Hirayama and Omar Koreitem. It served bistronomic dishes in the evening and sandwiches at lunchtime. And now, it offers foreign chefs to come in residence and take care of the menu. C 'est rue de Charonne, in Paris. "

Luce's coffee

"I can also suggest that you try chef Amandine Chaignot's new café, which is called Café de Luce in Montmartre, place de l'Atelier" comments the columnist.

"Homage to the cuisine of Savoy ... Tartare, frog legs."

2 Rue des Trois Frères, 75018

Paris

Mimosa

"This is the new address of Jean-François Trap, the Mimosa", says Laurent Mariotte.

"We will find a light Mediterranean cuisine there but also a variation of Mimosa cocktails and mimosa eggs (with anchovies, bottarga, fennel…)."

2 place de la Concorde, 75008 Paris.

The mill of Rosmadec

"The Rosmadec mill had opened before confinement but had had time to catch a star", explains Olivier Poels.

“Since then, under the leadership of the chef of George V, Christian Le Squer, the menu has been refined. There are also some of his signature dishes, such as beef mozzarella. But the great peculiarity of this restaurant, it is is the attractiveness of the prices. We must congratulate and thank them and acclaim this completely reasonable pricing policy. 49 euros for the lunch menu in a starred restaurant with service and decor, 67 euros in the evening for a menu available in five or six services. Furrow

"Here is a small address which has just opened with one of the best young chefs in the world according to the Wall Street Journal: Mathieu Rostaing-Tayard", informs Charlotte Langrand.

"He's a former Gagnaire. He has already run two restaurants in Lyon. And there, he opens Sillon in Biarritz. I think it's worth the detour."

Epinal

In extremis

"In the Vosges, I recommend the restaurant In extremis of Nicolas Grandclaude", indicates Laurent Mariotte.

"It's a very small restaurant attached to the Basilica of Epinal. It offers 21 seats and a very short menu: two starters, two main courses and two desserts around local producers, around seasonal products."
