King Juan Carlos accuses the Supreme Court Prosecutor's Office of "violating his presumption of innocence" by maintaining that he has amassed his hidden fortune through the collection of commissions in international business. The monarch, through his lawyer Javier Sánchez Junco, has issued a statement, to which EL MUNDO has had access, in which he assures that the report prepared by the Supreme Prosecutor, Juan Ignacio Campos, last February and which he sent to the Swiss judicial authorities, revealed today exclusively by this newspaper, "contains serious affirmations and accusations of conduct that is carried out, in our opinion, without any support and lacks the slightest justification."
