It is noted that Lutfulloyev was fired from the FCS five years ago.
In March, the ex-head of the customs control department was detained at Sheremetyevo airport after the release of goods from the St. Petersburg customs office, Oleg Gusev, on charges of accepting a bribe in the amount of 20 million rubles.
