The 20-year-old has previously been charged but acquitted of a robbery on Hertsön in Luleå.
In that case, there was also a man who is linked to a subgroup of Shottaz but was shot dead in Rinkeby this summer.
On Thursday, the police announced that they had arrested three people suspected of involvement in the fatal shooting of a 25-year-old woman in Luleå at the end of July.
The suspects must be between 20-30 years old.
Two of the people were arrested on probable cause on suspicion of murder.
A third person has been arrested on probable cause for aiding and abetting murder.
