The Ministry of Emergency Situations of Armenia reported that the FAV bus drove out of the carriageway and crashed into a tree.
"As a result of the accident, 16 victims were taken to the hospital in Artashat city, 14 to the Yerevan medical center" Erebuni "and one to the medical center in Masis," the message says.
As specified, the rescuers who arrived at the scene helped two blocked passengers get out of the bus.
The state of health of the victims was not reported.
Earlier, as a result of a collision of cars on the Salsk-Yashalta road in the Rostov region, 11 people were injured.
