“As of today, our airline has eliminated all the shortcomings and shortcomings indicated by the Federal Air Transport Agency,” the words of the airline's general director, Viktor Sirotin, are quoted.

He expressed the hope that the Federal Air Transport Agency will soon consider the report on the elimination of the shortcomings and make a decision to lift restrictions on the commercial transportation of Vityaz-Aero passengers.

Earlier, the head of Kamchatka, Vladimir Solodov, said that the Federal Air Transport Agency began checking the Vityaz-Aero airline after an Mi-8 helicopter with tourists on board fell into Lake Kuril.

On August 12, a Mi-8 helicopter belonging to the Vityaz-Aero airline fell into the Kuril Lake in Kamchatka.
