He called on "all parties to facilitate the provision of safe and unhindered humanitarian access for the supply of life-saving and life-sustaining items, and for all humanitarian workers, men and women."
Earlier, Pakistani Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi announced the need to create an inclusive government in Afghanistan.
