The decision to adopt vaccination as a condition for entry into the Sultanate of Oman takes effect tomorrow

Tomorrow, Wednesday, the decision of the Supreme Committee to adopt the principle of vaccination will take effect as a condition to allow entry to all government units in the Sultanate of Oman and private sector establishments, including malls, restaurants and other commercial activities, as well as to attend cultural, sports and other group events.

receive two doses of one of the approved vaccines in the Sultanate (for those aged 18 years and above) and to undergo a PCR examination for the Corona virus before or upon arrival in the Sultanate, and adherence to quarantine For a period of seven days, with a re-examination of the polymerase on the eighth day for those who were confirmed to have the disease.

He also announced during the 26th Supreme Committee Conference the return of employees to work, starting from the first of September, with a percentage of 100 percent for all public sector employees, provided that the vaccine is taken.

In order to protect the gains that have been achieved, the committee called for the need for everyone to continue to abide by the precautionary measures established by the competent authorities, the most important of which are wearing a mask, social distancing, and not tolerating compliance with them.
