August 31, 2021 The occupancy rate of intensive care for Covid patients rises in 5 regions (Emilia Romagna, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Piedmont, Sardinia, Sicily), reaching 13% in the two major islands, above the alert threshold of 10%. This is what emerges from the daily monitoring data by the National Agency of Regional Health Services (Agenas), yesterday, 30 August.

As regards the occupation of beds in the ward, 4 regions (Abruzzo, Calabria, Campania, Sicily) show a daily increase. In particular, Calabria (+ 1%) reaches 17% and Sicily (+ 2%) 23%, both above the alert threshold of 15%
