"Emirates Education" assigns 22 organizational responsibilities to departments in the educational field

The Emirates Foundation for School Education has assigned 22 responsibilities to the domain departments in the educational field at the state level, to follow up and facilitate the organizational procedures for the educational process in public schools.

The Foundation divided responsibilities into four groups: “supervision and follow-up”, “health and safety”, “teaching and learning activities”, and “quality of life activities”, each of which includes a set of main activities.

The Foundation explained in the “School Day Design” guide, which it recently issued, that “activities and follow-up” focus on adopting the operational plan for the schools of the domain, coordinating with the school operations sector in the organization for the efficient distribution of human resources to schools, and coordinating with the school operations sector in the institution to provide resources and educational services for schools, organizing communication and communicating with school administrations to inform them of the latest developments, forming scope work teams to enhance the capabilities of school administrations, enabling school administrations to implement the methodology and mechanisms of work in the plan for the safe return to schools, and submitting periodic and exceptional reports to the sector.

As for "Health and Safety", it includes adopting a plan for the safe return of the Nitaq schools, according to the color classification, evaluating the precautionary measures implemented in Al-Nitaq schools periodically, providing guidance and continuous support, and managing the health status follow-up system in Al-Nitaq schools, within an integrated and constantly updated database.

While the "teaching and learning activities" include supporting the teaching and learning process with teaching strategies appropriate to the stage and type of learning, follow-up of the achievement level, follow-up and evaluation of the quality of all types of classroom teaching and learning activities, follow-up on the implementation of the educational loss plan in Nitaq schools, and analysis of academic and educational data at the level of Nitaq schools. According to the episodes, preparing comparisons, supervising plans to eliminate educational losses, following up on their implementation, developing a plan for exchanging knowledge and best practices between Nitaq schools, and evaluating the impact of training on educational cadres.
