Exactly what the proposal contains, or what they want the new requirements profile to look like, Max Lutteman does not want to go into until a decision has been made. But he is clear that it is not relevant to lower the requirements for those who will become police officers.



A survey conducted by SVT shows that people with a foreign background have more difficulty passing the tests for police training. At the same time, the Police have a stated goal of recruiting more police officers with a foreign background, and according to Max Lutteman, it has been involved in the work on the new proposal.
