The Ertzaintza investigates an alleged sexual assault on a young woman in the Biscayan town of Plentzia, which has been reported this Sunday at the police stations, as reported by the Basque Department of Security.

The sexual assault would have occurred last morning in the

vicinity of the Plentzia beach,

and it is being investigated whether it could have been a group rape.

The Minister of Equality, Justice and Social Policies of the Basque Government, Beatriz Artolazabal, has strongly condemned the attack on this young woman through social networks and has made all the resources of her Department available to her.
