“As part of strengthening the ties of friendship and cooperation between the two countries and the two armies, Benbish received the Russian Deputy Defense Minister,” reports the Algeria Press Service.
The meeting took place on the territory of the Algerian airbase Boufarik in the presence of the heads of the Ministry of National Defense and a delegation of the Russian department.
The reason for the negotiations was also the organization by Algeria of the "Faithful Friend" competition of the International Army Games ("ARMI - 2021").
Earlier, Vladivostok hosted the closing ceremony of two international competitions - "Sea Cup" and "Marine Troopers" of the International Army Games "ARMI-2021".
