Foreign media reported that at least 170 people were killed in a suicide bombing at Kabul International Airport on the afternoon of the 26th (local time).



Thirteen U.S. soldiers and 28 Taliban fighters, including Afghan citizens who were crowded to escape abroad, were also reported to have lost their lives in the attack.



Three British citizens, including a minor, were also killed in the attack.

Initially, it was understood that the bombing occurred near the hotel where escapees were staying following the gates of Kabul Airport, but the Pentagon explained that a second explosion did not occur near the hotel.
