“The investigating authorities of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in the Moscow Region detained the 36-year-old general director of the nursing home for the elderly on suspicion of providing services that do not meet safety requirements (part 1 of Art. 238 of the Criminal Code of Russia).
According to the investigation, the man, being the director of a specialized nursing home in the city of Reutov, did not provide adequate conditions for living and caring for the guests of the institution, ”TASS reports the Investigative Committee.
Earlier it was reported that the police detained a 54-year-old employee of a nursing home in Reutov, suspected of beating a guest of the institution.
The court later arrested a nursing home employee.
