At least 12 Americans were killed in the Kabul airport attack in Afghanistan, and President Biden has said he will "pay the price".
U.S. President Biden held an emergency press conference at the White House, saying he would not forgive ISIS, who was blamed for the attack.
He added that he would continue the evacuation operation, but would do everything possible to protect the US military.
