A decrease in the number of “Corona” injuries for the second day in the country

New figures published by the Ministry of Health and Community Protection today showed a decrease in the number of people infected with the "Corona" virus for the second consecutive day in the country.

The Ministry of Health and Community Protection announced that 334,838 examinations were conducted as part of its plans to expand the scope of examinations.

The Ministry also announced the death of two infected cases as a result of the repercussions of infection with the emerging coronavirus, bringing the number of deaths in the country to 2,028 cases.

The Ministry of Health and Community Protection expressed its regret and sincere condolences and sympathy to the families of the deceased, and its wishes for a speedy recovery to all the injured, calling on community members to cooperate with health authorities, adhere to instructions and adhere to social distancing to ensure the health and safety of all.

The Ministry also announced the recovery of 1,583 new cases of people infected with the emerging coronavirus “Covid-19” and their full recovery from the symptoms of the disease after receiving the necessary health care since entering the hospital, bringing the total number of recovery cases to 695,843 cases.

Yesterday, official statistics issued by the Federal Competitiveness and Statistics Authority showed that the UAE recorded the lowest number of daily infections with the “Covid-19” virus, since the beginning of this year, as 990 cases were recorded yesterday, while today it decreased to 983 new cases.

Statistics published on the authority's website showed a high rate of recorded recovery cases, reaching 97.5% of the total cases recorded since the emergence of the virus.
