Putin offered to send payment to law enforcement officers

During the United Russia congress, Putin noted that "at a meeting with party leaders, he had already spoken about a lump sum payment to servicemen."

The President said that such a payment should amount to an average of 15 thousand rubles.

In his opinion, “in this case, this rule“ on average ”should not be applied”.

He explained that it is necessary that all military personnel receive payment "in the same amount, regardless of the number of stars on the shoulder straps."

“I propose to extend this payment to both cadets of military schools and law enforcement officers,” the president said.

Putin also proposed to index the allowance of the military and law enforcement officials above inflation in 2022-2023.

Earlier, Putin came up with an initiative to make a one-time payment of 15 thousand rubles to servicemen at the end of the year.

In addition, the president proposed to pay a one-time payment to all pensioners of the country in 2021 10 thousand rubles each.

He later signed a corresponding decree.
