The facts Three Moroccans drug, rape and torture a 19-year-old girl with cigarettes and incandescent spoons
The Court of Instruction number 2 of Ibiza, acting as guard, has decreed this Monday provisional release for the two detainees for the alleged multiple sexual assault that occurred in
Formentera
.
The judge has withdrawn their passports from the two detainees, has imposed a ban on them from leaving Ibiza and Formentera and has ordered periodic appearances, as reported by the Superior Court of Justice of the Balearic Islands (TSJIB).
The 32 and 37-year-old detainees, of Moroccan origin, are accused of sexually assaulting a 19-year-old girl on the island of Formentera.
A third man, also from Morocco, would have been implicated in the rape, although he has fled to his country where he is with a search and arrest warrant to be brought to justice.
The events occurred at the end of July, and a week later the victim filed a complaint with the National Police in Palma, which transferred it to the Civil Guard.
The young woman denounced that she suffered a continuous sexual assault and that she was tortured with cigarette burns and burning spoons, in addition to being drugged with cocaine and
crack
so that she would not resist, according to sources close to the case to
Diario de Ibiza
