Saudi Arabia records the lowest daily infection rate with Corona since mid-March

Today, the Saudi Ministry of Health announced that it had recorded the lowest positive rate of coronavirus infections since mid-March.

And the Saudi Ministry of Health announced, in a statement, today, that the total number of new infections with the Corona virus in the Kingdom has risen to 541,610 confirmed cases, an increase of 409 cases compared to yesterday, which amounted to 499 cases.

Thus, the number of new cases of corona recorded the lowest level since mid-March 2021.

And 7,710 new cases of recovery were recorded, bringing the total cases of recovery to 527,899 cases, (97% of the total recorded injuries).

The ministry also announced the registration of 11 new deaths, bringing the total number of deaths to 8,469 deaths.

The total number of active cases reached 5,242, of which 1,162 are critical.

The highest injuries came among the regions in Riyadh, which recorded 126 injuries, followed by Makkah Al-Mukarramah, which recorded 66 injuries, and then the Eastern Province 40 injuries.

The number of examinations during the past 24 hours reached about 69,000, while the number of vaccine doses given rose to 33.6 million doses.
