As noted in the department, there was a collision of two vehicles: a Reno minibus, in which there were eight people, and a Scania truck.
“As a result of the road accident, eight people were injured, no children, one person (a man) was killed,” the Ministry of Emergency Situations noted.
According to the agency, the accident occurred on the 446th km of the federal highway M-7 "Volga" near the settlement of Vetchak, Kstovsky district of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
