This is two of the posts that take top positions in Facebook's recently published compilation.

The figures show which Facebook posts reached the most American users between April 1 and June 30 this year.

The top list certainly includes a post from Joe Biden and a discussion thread on mouth protection, but the absolute majority could be described as harmless bullshit.

In recent years, the platform has repeatedly been accused of rewarding posts with controversial political content for the purpose of driving traffic, but the statistics at least at first glance give a different picture.
