One of the stations is located in Risselås just outside Strömsund.

There, the County Administrative Board's nature conservationists have set up computers and printers and have drawers full of sampling kits.

- The idea is that the hunters come here with the bears for inspection, says Dan Persson, nature conservationist at the County Administrative Board in Jämtland.

In previous years, the nature conservationists have gone out and inspected the bears at the place where they were shot, but this has often meant a lot of work for them.

- Yes, it could have been a lot of passengers and late nights, says Dan Persson.

In the clip, he tells more about what they do when a bear is inspected, and why. We want to warn sensitive viewers of the images.
