Interfax informs about this with reference to the Wildberries press service.

The press service said that the retailer became aware of the receipt of official letters from foreign payment systems to Russian banks, which contained "threats of penalties."

“We consider these incidents as attempts to put pressure on domestic financial organizations, to restrict their independent work,” the Wildberries said.

Also, representatives of the retailer called it "a manifestation of unfair competition from foreign payment systems."

Earlier, the international payment system Visa said that it was concerned about the decision of Wildberries to reduce the prices of goods when paying using Russian payment systems - MIR cards, the Fast Payment System (FPS) and the SberPay service.
