The Supreme Court rejected a complaint about the refusal to admit Grudinin to the elections to the State Duma

Earlier, the CEC registered the federal list of candidates of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation for participation in the upcoming elections of the State Duma deputies, excluding Pavel Grudinin from it.

On August 9, the Russian Supreme Court rejected Grudinin's complaint against the Central Election Commission's refusal to admit him to the State Duma elections.

In his turn, the head of the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, Gennady Zyuganov, said that his party would appeal the decision of the Supreme Court of Russia.
