“Based on the results of negotiations between the Rosselkhoznadzor and the State Institution“ Main State Inspectorate for Seed Production, Quarantine and Plant Protection ”of the Republic of Belarus (Inspection) held on August 18, as well as on the basis of an appeal from the Belarusian side, the Rosselkhoznadzor considers it possible to allow the import of fresh apples into the Russian Federation from the Brest region of the Republic of Belarus and from the enterprises of LLC "Garden of Eden" (Grodno region), farm "Isida" (Minsk region) under the guarantees of the Inspectorate, "the message says.
It is noted that "thus, deliveries of fresh apples from August 20 are possible from all over Belarus."
Earlier it was reported that the Rosselkhoznadzor allowed eight enterprises from Azerbaijan to supply apples to Russia.
