The Autumn Fair and the Landscape of Light, declared a World Heritage Site

,

merge in the artisanal and unique images of José Aymá

,

one of the most prestigious and prestigious photographers in the national press,

with whom Plaza 1, the managing company of the

Plaza de Toros de Las Ventas, will promote the autumnal bullfighting cycle.

A dress of lights is integrated into emblematic places of the Prado-Retiro axis such as the Puerta de Alcalá, the

Jerónimos

, the

Prado Museum

or the Retiro Park -with the Crystal Palace and the colonnade of the

Monument to Alfonso XII- thanks to the objective of José Aymá.

The Autumn Fair campaign, designed by Jesús Alejandro Muñoz, highlights bullfighting,

declared an Asset of Cultural Interest

, as an inseparable part of Madrid's cultural, historical and artistic value.

José Aymá

(Madrid, 1968), has been a photographer for Diario El Mundo since 1992. He has covered national and international events of all kinds and has achieved, through portraiture, great recognition

.

The author has managed to develop a very personal point of view in this genre, with a clear and sharp style that has marked his career. On this occasion, the protagonist of his portrait has not been a character, but the suit of lights.

"

It is made for a man who is going to stand in front of a bull

, and it is full of carefully prepared elements, so it is much more than a dress. It is the dress of an event ", explains Aymá, who remarks that during this work

"

the dress has not been treated as if it were an object, because it is something that has a very human character

.

"

The photographs have been taken in an analog way, with color negative, and chemical development procedure. A technique that

favors the prominence of light

.

"

During the taking of the images we became hunters of light, the passage of the minutes was key and decisive so that the photographs had the dimension and depth we were looking for
