Visa stressed that consumers should be able to choose a convenient payment method. 

In turn, the Wildberries company explained to the agency that it did not introduce any additional commissions, but simply made the tariffs transparent for customers.

Commissions of international payment systems have always existed, but were not displayed openly, the retailer explained.

At the end of June, Artyom Sokolov, a resident of the Association of Internet Trade Companies (AKIT), expressed the opinion that the development of the industry would not replace traditional sales channels.

The main trend of the modern market (both e-commerce and retail in general) is to satisfy all customer requests as much as possible, Sokolov recalled.

Earlier it was reported that the popularity of messengers as a sales channel has almost doubled in a year.
