The building is two greenhouses that sit together, where it burns in one that is a workshop and office part.

How the fire started is unclear.
No person was inside when it started to burn.
Passers-by sounded the alarm when smoke appeared from the attic of the greenhouse.
- Part of the property is not damaged by fire, so there is a risk of spreading to that part.
