　　At present, the main structure of the comprehensive pipe gallery project serving the first batch of Beijing non-capital functional relief projects in the start-up area is basically completed.

In the construction of the comprehensive pipeline gallery and pipelines in the start-up area, the Xiongan New District will simultaneously deploy the intelligent perception and intelligent control system, realize the simultaneous planning and construction of the physical comprehensive pipeline corridor and the digital comprehensive pipeline corridor, integrate the digital comprehensive pipeline corridor into the urban Internet of Things system, and establish Green and intelligent construction standards, creating a "Xiongan model" for underground pipe corridors.

The main street of cross life service is planned here, and it is equipped with a kindergarten and a nine-year consistent school to meet the service needs of a 5-10 minute living circle.

It covers an area of ​​26,200 mu. It consists of 14 urban forests, 14 urban exhibition parks and several water systems. One of the "nine areas" in the ecological pattern of "One Dian, Three Belts, Nine Areas, and Multiple Corridors" in Xiong'an New Area, it can play the role of ecological barrier and water conservation of large-scale forest land, reflecting the functions of natural vitality, leisure and recreation.
