A 21-year-old woman in Florida in the USA has been shot dead by her child.

The accident occurred when the woman had a digital meeting with the job.

According to CNN, the woman's small child must have found a loaded pistol in the home and accidentally fired it at his mother.

Participants in the job meeting, which took place via Zoom, called an ambulance but the woman's life could not be saved.

The participants in the meeting must have heard an "noise" and then seen how the woman fell backwards shortly after her child appeared on camera.

"NN never returned to the call," the Altamonte Springs Police Department said on its Facebook page.

The Huffington Post has also reported the fatal shooting.

They also cite statistics from Everytown for Gun Safety, a gun safety group.

According to them, children have been behind at least 239 unintentional shootings in the United States this year, resulting in 94 deaths.
