According to him, Galyaviev claims that he repents, and even allegedly tried to commit suicide at the moment of detention, but the method he resorted to could hardly lead to lethal consequences.
The Investigative Committee reported that the psychological and psychiatric examination conducted in relation to Ilnaz Galyaviev has not yet been completed.
