99 new confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia in 31 provinces, including 47 local cases

According to the website of the National Health Commission, 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 99 new confirmed cases from 0-24 on August 12, including imported cases from abroad. 52 cases (17 cases in Henan, 9 cases in Guangdong, 9 cases in Yunnan, 7 cases in Guangxi, 5 cases in Shanghai, 2 cases in Sichuan, 1 case in Liaoning, 1 case in Shandong, 1 case in Shaanxi), 47 cases of local cases (26 cases in Jiangsu, 26 cases in Henan 14 cases, 4 cases in Hubei, 2 cases in Hunan, 1 case in Yunnan); no new deaths; 1 new suspected case, a local case (in Henan).

　　On the same day, 51 new cases were cured and discharged, and 3,716 close contacts were released from medical observation. There were 2 more severe cases than the previous day.

　　There are 733 confirmed cases imported from abroad (including 12 severe cases) and 2 suspected cases.

A total of 7809 confirmed cases, a total of 7,076 cured and discharged cases, and no deaths.

　　As of 24:00 on August 12, according to reports from 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) and the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, there are currently 1,884 confirmed cases (including 62 severe cases), 87,740 cured and discharged cases, and 4,636 deaths. A total of 94,260 confirmed cases have been reported, and there are 3 suspected cases.

A total of 1,141,584 close contacts have been traced, and 48,244 close contacts are still under medical observation.

　　31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps reported 34 new cases of asymptomatic infections, including 29 imported from abroad and 5 domestically (3 in Hubei and 2 in Henan); 33 cases were converted to confirmed cases on the same day ( 20 cases imported from abroad); 13 cases were released from medical observation on the same day (all imported from abroad); 499 cases of asymptomatic infection were still under medical observation (391 cases imported from abroad).

　　A total of 27,908 confirmed cases have been notified from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

Among them, there were 12025 cases in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (11,733 discharged cases and 212 deaths), 63 cases in Macau Special Administrative Region (57 discharged cases), and 15,820 cases in Taiwan (13,121 discharged cases and 817 deaths).
