The network is said to have smuggled drugs between Sweden and Spain for several years with the help of a moving company.
The detainees must include Swedish, Polish and Spanish citizens.
Several of the people are connected to criminal networks in Stockholm and Gothenburg.
The operation must have taken place on the initiative of Swedish authorities and began at the end of 2018. Since then, just over two tonnes of cannabis and large amounts of cocaine, amphetamines and heroin substitutes have been seized.
A number of weapons and millions of Swedish kronor in cash, cryptocurrency and real estate have also been seized by the police.

Among other things, the police found 54,000 Subutex tablets, which is the largest seizure in Sweden.
