TASS was informed about this in the press center of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs.

“Today ... decisions have been made not to permit entry into the Russian Federation for a period of 50 years for a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kuat Akhmetov and a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan Isfandiyar Vagabzade, who made public statements on the Internet, inciting ethnic hatred,” the ministry said.

Earlier, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry said that they would not comment on the statements of the ex-diplomat Isfandiyar Vagabzade, since he does not represent the republic's foreign ministry.

Also, the leader of the Liberal Democratic Party of Russia Vladimir Zhirinovsky said that he would send a letter to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev with a demand to initiate a criminal case against the Azerbaijani diplomat, whose words he called offensive not only for himself, but for all Russians.
