“As a result of a complex of operational-search measures, two men were detained, who escaped on August 6 from the temporary detention center of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the Istra urban district,” she said.

Earlier, the court sent into custody until October 5, two employees of the IVS in Istra after the escape of five prisoners from there.

On the night of August 6, five prisoners escaped from the IVS in Istra.

Criminal cases were initiated on the fact of the incident.

Private security companies in Istra have been transferred to an enhanced mode of operation.
