It was last autumn that a boy in his late teens is suspected of raping a 14-year-old girl in a place in western Sweden.

According to the indictment, intercourse should not have been voluntary and classified as rape of children.

The indictment states that the girl "did not participate voluntarily through intoxication and / or sleep".

Also present at the time was another teenage boy, a resident of Jönköping County.

Although, according to the indictment, he at least partially saw what happened, he chose not to report.

He is now being prosecuted for "failure to disclose rape of children".

- The person involved should have sounded the alarm, there is a statutory obligation to do so, says prosecutor Julia Rasmussen.

The same boy is also suspected of having filmed the abuse, which is classified as offensive photography.

According to the lawsuit, he admits that he filmed, but denies crime in both cases.

The other teenager who was charged with the actual rape admits intercourse, but denies the crime.
