The man has admitted in interrogation that he started the fire with the help of lighter fluid and toilet paper.
In connection with the fire, he is also said to have threatened two people who tried to intervene against him by saying that he was armed.
The man also had a knife on him.
Threatened doctors
The man is also charged with several cases of threatening an official, after he repeatedly threatened a doctor with violence in November last year. The man sent an SMS to the doctor where he threatened with violence, as revenge for the doctor's decision on forensic psychiatric care for the man.
