This was proclaimed by the RSU Fim-Cisl to protest against the announcement of the company, which specializes in electronic components, to allow access to the canteen only to employees in possession of a Green pass.
"Workers are discriminated against and their privacy is violated by pillaging them in front of colleagues without considering the reasons why someone has not yet had the vaccine", explains Davide Provenzano, leader of Fim cisl Torino, who asks the company "to wait clarifications from the government before proceeding ".
"We are in favor of the vaccine - Provenzano specifies - but if workers can work online without a Green pass, then they can also eat in the canteen without a certificate. It is a problem that must be solved at a national level, clear guidelines are needed and not impromptu initiatives. ".
Provenzano recalls that the law "speaks of establishments that administer food and drinks, not of company canteens which, moreover, have been applying the Covid protocols for some time, which include, among other things, Plexiglas and separate shifts".
