World para snow sport championships is the name of the competitions that will be arranged spread over three of the county's municipalities during a couple of intense winter weeks in 2023.
A mini-Paralympics
About 800 active people will be on site and compete in biathlon, alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing and ice hockey.
That is, five of the six disciplines included in a Paralympic winter game.
- It is very unusual that so many world championships are arranged at the same time in the same place, so this is a unique arrangement.
