November 20, 2019 Prince Andrew, hit by the scandal about dating Jeffrey Epstein, the American billionaire who committed suicide in prison after being accused of sexual abuse of underage girls, retires from public commitments as a member of the British royal family "for the next one future".

The news comes from the BBC which reports rumors leaked from Buckingham Palace. According to the British and American broadcaster Nbc, the Duke of York, the third son of Elizabeth II, would have asked the queen directly to be able to withdraw from official public life and take the step back. The sovereign would have consented.
