"The head of state instructed the government to develop a set of additional measures against the next round of sanctions," she said.
According to her, Belarus "will not remain in debt" and "will take retaliatory measures as much as possible."
Earlier, the Foreign Ministry of Belarus said that they strongly condemn the new sanctions of the United States, Britain and Canada.
The US Treasury has imposed sanctions on 23 individuals and 21 organizations in Belarus.
It also became known that the British authorities are introducing a package of trade, financial and aviation restrictions against Belarus.
