It is understood that the ship is a Panamanian ship with a total of 20 crew members on board, 13 of whom developed fever.
The vessel departed from the Philippines on July 30, and the port of entry was Rugao, Nantong, Jiangsu.
As the destination port refused to accept the ship, the ship was stranded in the Zhoushan waters.
