"On behalf of the Minister of Health of Russia Mikhail Murashko, a group of anesthesiologists-resuscitators of the Federal Center for Disaster Medicine of the Ministry of Health of Russia and specialists of Roszdravnadzor are leaving for Vladikavkaz," TASS reports.
It is also noted that the hospital is taking measures to provide patients with oxygen.
The press service added that oxygen is being delivered to the intensive care unit.
Earlier it was reported that nine people died as a result of the breakthrough of the oxygen supply pipe.
Roszdravnadzor announced that it would conduct an inspection.
Investigative Committee opened a case under Part 3 of Art.
238 of the Criminal Code of Russia ("Performance of work or provision of services that do not meet safety requirements, resulting in the death of two or more persons by negligence") ".
