264 of the Criminal Code of Russia (violation of traffic rules by the person driving a car, resulting in the death of a person, associated with the abandonment of the place of its commission).
According to preliminary data, a 45-year-old local resident, who was intoxicated while driving, hit a seven-year-old boy, after which he fled from the scene of the accident.
As specified, the man was detained, and his car was confiscated.
Earlier in the Primorsky Territory, a ten-year-old boy died as a result of a car accident.
