Friday's Olympic final may have ended in a loss against Canada, but despite this it is with a silver medal that 18-year-old Hanna Bennison returns to her home municipality Lomma.
- I'm still a little disappointed with the final, that we did not take the gold, but I'm happy with silver.
It was my first championship, so I am proud and happy with it too, says Hanna Bennison.
"A rolemodel"
And the fact that a former GIF Nike player is one of the world's most promising football talents is something that inspires.
- It feels incredibly good.
Especially as a role model for our new boys and the smaller children, says Pål Pullen, chairman of GIF Nike.
