The police were alerted to Hässelby beach at 11.30 pm and then found a gunshot wounded man outside.
- Several callers heard from him after hearing loud bangs and a man shouting for help, says police spokesman Per Fahlström.
The police are silent
He has been taken to hospital, but the police do not want to go into either the injury situation, where he was hit by the shots or the man's age.
- What I can say is that he is an adult man, says Per Fahlström.
No arrests
The police are now holding interrogations and are looking for one or more perpetrators.
A preliminary investigation into a serious gun crime and attempted murder has been established.
