It was on Tuesday morning that a man was subjected to a robbery on a shooting range in Skånes Fagerhult in Örkelljunga municipality.
- It was a person who would shoot with his weapon on the shooting range when another person appears and robs him.
It was a masked man who forced himself on the weapon, says Richard Ojasuu, head of the preliminary investigation.
"Very unusual"
The police do not want to say more details about how the robbery took place at the moment.
Nor what type of weapon it is.
But that someone is robbed of their weapon in this way is not uncommon, according to the police.
- It is very unusual and it is not good.
We have a big problem with people arming themselves and it's never good when a weapon is on the move.
One can suspect that it is not for legal handling, says Richard Ojasuu.
Calling for witnesses
The police now want the public's help to get hold of the robber.

It could be a vehicle or just that you have reacted to something that seems strange, says Richard Ojasuu.
