At first it was hot and then it got wet with very local and unpredictable showers. This is more or less what the weather looked like in July. The worst affected by the local showers was Östmark-Åsarna, in Torsby. - It rains so that you wake up at night because it hits the metal roof, says Staffan Larsson who lives in the area.
