The situation was urgent. Zeng Wenlong, an engineer of a support team in the Western Theater Command, quickly made judgments, analyses, and assessments, and put forward suggestions on how to deal with the situation.
The command post made careful arrangements based on this, and eventually the "enemy" target got into the electromagnetic "ecstasy array" as soon as it reached the combat area, and returned to no avail.
Zeng Wenlong, who has a background in electronic warfare, has been in this field since he joined the military academy, and has been guarding the defense of the motherland on the invisible battlefield.
"My job is to use electromagnetic waves as a weapon to control and block the enemy's signals, and to help us defeat the enemy through electromagnetic suppression." Zeng Wenlong said.

In 2016, Zeng Wenlong was appointed as the director of the business office of a guarantee team in the Western Theater Command.
He worked hard to learn about joint operations and services and arms, systematically sorted out the electronic warfare combat power system in the theater, deeply analyzed and studied the operational characteristics and experience enlightenment of the world's classic electronic warfare, and solved difficult problems around future joint operations.
"In information-based joint operations, by seizing the power to control the electromagnetic field on the battlefield, you will be able to take the initiative in the war to a certain extent." Zeng Wenlong loves this battle position in his heart, and he knows that the burden on his shoulders is not light.
The bookcase in Zeng Wenlong's office is full of books on artificial intelligence and unmanned intelligent combat, some of which have been turned up and curled up.
Abandoning weekends and holidays, passing sleepless nights, after unremitting efforts, Zeng Wenlong "printed" the data related to the electronic countermeasures operation support into his mind, and achieved a "clear mouth".

Soon after the establishment of the theater, a joint exercise was organized for the first time. During the preparatory stage, Zeng Wenlong discovered that there was no basic data suitable for the mission area and combat calculations could not be carried out.
Without saying anything, he quickly organized the forces to urgently reorganize and load combat data, like a steel nail, "nailed" in the office for a week, and finally solved the problem before the formal exercise.
"The plateau alpine region is my'main battlefield', and it is also the main position of the electronic countermeasures support force." In order to accurately understand the battlefield environment, Zeng Wenlong spends more than half of the time in the snowy plateau every year.
He went to the plateau border defense 14 times to perform missions, traveled more than 100,000 kilometers, and climbed over 4,000-meter-high snow-capped mountains hundreds of times.
In the past, due to the influence of terrain, weather, equipment, etc., collecting data was basically "waiting for nothing", and sometimes squatting for ten and a half months did not get anything.
"If this place is not collected, I can change it. I don't believe it can be done!" When it was Zeng Wenlong's turn to take charge of this work, he started a "sports war" and optimized the equipment. The efficiency of data collection was significantly improved.

"The non-commissioned officers in the business room are not errands, they are to be used as cadres and staff." Zeng Wenlong is very attentive to the training of fighters, planning a "growth roadmap" for them one by one.
After the soldier Chen Yang joined the army, Zeng Wenlong not only explained his professional knowledge in detail, but also often sent him to participate in missions. Two years later, Chen Yang had the ability to be alone.
Today, the unit's annual professional training for recruits, from curriculum setting, practical teaching to inspection and assessment, is all done by Chen Yang.
